Wing Security really helps us mitigate shadow-IT in our organization, ensure we're not leaving anything unattended and we're very happy with both the product and the support we're getting.

I liked being involved with other customers in real-time and explaining the pain points of our daily fight. Wing Security embraced all the issues and is taking steps to improve the product.

Their ability to lay out what takes hours and hours to manually gather (some you can't even find!) is amazing.

We have found so many issues with end users and how they use our organizations' emails and services, like ChatGPT, with never having had training, or security awareness sessions over what and how they are using these third-party apps, it's staggering to see the results.

Their file-sharing feature, though pricey, is also great if you are a multi-tenant cloud user (Azure/Google/etc.). Being able to revoke shares, inform users of what they have shared (most don't even realize!), and kill unauthorized OAuth sessions, is simply groundbreaking.

This is only the second product (VEEAM being the first) that I would 100% tell others to "just buy it." It's truly that good.

They are VERY responsive to fixing bugs and considering user input for their roadmap.

Amazing visibility into your SaaS environment. The ability to dig out the smallest most obscure apps your users are interacting with, is groundbreaking in my opinion.

Easy to communicate to end users the why and how of security actions that are taken due to the app's results.

Automations make this a mostly hands-off experience after the initial setup. Occasional upkeep on new apps and one-off hand holding of end users is really the only effort required!

You can't customize end-user messaging yet, but it is on their roadmap.

Cost, is what I would say if I didn't think it was 100% worth its weight in gold! We are a nonprofit, so it is a big expense, but I still feel it is completely worth the expenditure.

There are still some user interface things that could be improved, but the Wing crew is very responsive and transparent about what fixes will come with general time frames. They don't lead you on about adding a feature or fixing an issue, they tell you directly what's going to happen and when.

I love the visibility that this product provides. It provides immediate visibility into the sheer volume of applications that may be hiding in your IT estate and gives you quick and effective tools for managing and automating the pruning of unauthorized applications or inadvertent sharing of sensitive content.

Shows whether my apps and tools are AI integrated and what I need to know about the AI to make sensible decisions on their continued use.
Employee On/Off-boarding life saver. Revoke all tokens simply and easily.

Finding new things that I have to go fix. This tool will find where you are potentially exposed and once you know then you have to take action. It keeps me on my toes.
