WorkBright's ATS platform is awesome. It is very user-friendly and provides the ability to track all applicants at a glance and gives percentages for overall company tracking as well. I would recommend this product to any employer.

I love the ease of use with WorkBright, it has been a drastic improvement over previous ATS platforms.

Great software! We have been very impressed with WorkBright. It was very easy to implement and we went live in just about a week. Our new hires are able to verify their I-9s remotely and our executive team has been thrilled with the results.

We have been thrilled with WorkBright. They are by far the best solution for I-9 compliance that we have found. Specifically, they make it so easy for our new hires to get their I-9 documents verified in person. Other vendors we looked at used notaries or on-site kiosks but WorkBright allows our employees to verify their I-9 documents from home. The software is easy to use and we have been very happy with the support.

The website was a bit slow during August due to the number of reverifications going on to comply with the end of COVID-19 I-9 rules. However, since that time the website has been very responsive and our new hires have had a great experience with the platform.

Excellent, definitely worth it! It streamlines the application and onboarding processes as well as stays as the team members permanent record as their employee file, no more paper files!

Keeps great track of the application process from integrating with job boards, collecting the applications, helping managers track the steps of calling, interviewing, offering, who declined or why you did not hire etc. Then it integrates to their Onboarding module which remains part of their employee file where you can upload all the documents for each team member and in most cases actually have them sign digital copies right on WorkBright.

It does not seamlessly integrate with our payroll system, Netchex, so W4s, address changes etc. have to be separately completed in both systems.

I use WorkBright almost daily during our hiring season and it takes a lot off of my plate. It helps keep the hiring process more hands off to be able to do other things. Yet keeps things going in a timely manner.

I can add documents that need to be signed even after staff being hired. I can upload the document and it notifies staff easily for me. Documents needed for the hiring process are all in one spot for staff. It makes it easier for us and very simple for new hires to get to and know everything required for them to fill out.

Changing staff access and some of the behind the scenes things can be done, but it does require a lot to remember, mostly because it isn't done often. That being said, I figured out the process and wrote it down. I am now able to add or change things fairly easily.

This product is not too bad, the more I use it the better I get at it. Its seems to be well organized.

WorkBright is very easy to use, and once I get the rope of the product using it was really very smooth. Navigating the software was easy once I got the hang of it.

Some feature are hard to find, the feature to delete a member was hard to fine in the system.

Great experience - Great Product - WorkBright was able to adapt our own forms and they are so clearly printed - no chance of a misprint. The process is quick and easy for our guys.

Can see at a glance where I am with our new hires. We have a very heavy turnover and are hiring all the time. This really makes it easy to keep track of who is where in the process.

Can't think of anything I don't like about WorkBright. I've been using WorkBright since 2020 and never want to lose it.

Overall, I would recommend WorkBright for the I-9 function, especially for fully remote organizations. The cost was very competitive, it is easy to use from both an employee and administrator perspective, and the optical reading technology really does help to cut down on errors. The in-person verification (using location technology) is a game changer for our organization.

WorkBright's system is very easy to use from both an employee perspective as well as on the admin side as well. The dashboard and reports are easy to use. The in-person verification by an authorized representative (trusted family member or friend over age 18) is a game changer for us as a fully remote organization.

I wish that the automated reminder emails, etc would use the employee's preferred name instead of legal name but that might be accomplished if our org purchased the full onboarding module as opposed to only purchasing the I-9 standalone module.

Good to great. The product is easy to use, one time yearly fee based on the approximate number of candidates we hire. Has an ATS that we aren't utilizing yet.

Ease of use for a very transient workforce. Phone, tablet or computer.
Ability to reject forms for further completion.

Need to be able to download all forms at once. One by one is time consuming.

Overall, this application helped us a lot with storing our employee information. The application is not that complicated to use for a first-time user.

WorkBright is a great system that lets me customize what I need from new employees. It has great improved our onboarding process.

Love it for i-9, easy process for administrator and new hires, I never had any issues. New hires 's feedback are very positive.

Nothing that I don't like so far. I never had any issues and if I have questions, customer service is only a text away. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

We implemented WorkBright's I-9 verification tool and it has been a game-changer for us - the new employee experience is a lot more streamlined, and we don't have to worry about compliance issues.

Contract negotiation & implementation was a breeze, ease of use for new employees is straightforward and accessible, and we've received a high level of very responsive support which meets the unique needs of our organization's setup. Really happy with the experience.

No real cons to speak of. There is a MINOR suggestion we have made: it would be great to have the ability to customize the verbiage within the WorkBright notification text message that new hires receive - perhaps this functionality will come in future. Again, this is a 'nice to have' not a 'need to have' (therefore it's not a 'real con'). We have been very happy with the interface and functionality.

Overall, WorkBright is great. Compared to other onboarding systems previously used, this has been the best. Its the one stop shop, allowing me to do everything regarding onboarding in one location.

Adding staff and the process to complete is fast and mobile friendly. Like that I am able to process Everify directly within one system now. I like that it now also provides us with notifications on when documents will expire and that we are able to reverify within WorkBright as well.

I do wish their is a fast or easier way to accept and download files.
Wish it allowed me to filter staff based on those that I am onboarding instead of everyones from my team.

Very efficient and easy to look up status of applicants. If they have forms incomplete or rejected I can easily send them a message stating what needs to be completed properly. Would be 5 stars if had more forms in Spanish.

WorkBright has been a blessing ever since we switched over to using it with our company with our applicants and new hires Onboarding. It's self explanatory.

Awesome product, very easy to navigate and when you need help they are available when you need them on messaging system. Remote I-9 are great for some and those who don't like we work with them. I like working with this product overall and will make sure to tell others how great this system is to work with as well.

Remote I-9 but its still not really a issue because you can take the remote off and do it with them.

I would recommend WorkBright. The I-9 process is antiquated and WorkBright makes it better while remaining compliant.

WorkBright is very easy to use. It's reliable. It's compliant. It was similar or significantly cheaper than 5-7 other competitors I viewed.

It would be nice if the system was integrated with UKG. UKG has its own solutions that aren't as good in my opinion.

WorkBright seems too good to be true but it isn't. So thankful for the platform! Maybe if they could do international verifications and not just the US, but other than that I can't think of anything.

Simplicity and ease of the platform while still being reliable, secure and accurate. WorkBright has everything we need to get our remote verifications done easily. Thank you WorkBright!

Honestly can't think of any cons. It's worth every penny and a necessary tool for our company.
