Was tired of looking but finally landed on the WorkQuote App

    Date: Nov 12 2025
    Summary

My experience has been great. WorkQuote seems like a good blend of what I liked from other apps but also brings a lot of great features I didn't know I needed. There is a way to create estimate request forms in the app and a link to use them. I put the link on my Google business page for my website, and now I get quote requests going straight to my app. I don't have to even copy over the customer details. It's the small business details and tools like this that give me everything I want in a field service app.

    Positive

WorkQuote has a ton of features that you are just not going to find in a basic template invoice app. I styled my estimate to match the look I wanted, and I believe they stand out. My favorite feature is the ability to not just schedule jobs but also tasks like doing the estimates as well.

    Negative

Ironically, an initial con was the incorporation of scheduling. Most apps I tried simply had estimates and invoices, there was nothing in the middle to manage the conversion. It took a minute to get used to but looking back, I was still using paper and other apps to keep track of scheduling when scheduling is actually a huge part of my work. It just makes sense to have it all in one app.
