Catchup
Choose the platform, specify the day of the week, decide on the exact time, and set the recurrence for introducing your team members, such as every second Wednesday at 10 AM within a specific channel. Participants in your Catchup will connect through direct messages for personal interactions, and you can set up a video call for a relaxed virtual coffee chat with your Catchup partner, or simply enjoy a donut as a sweet afternoon indulgence. The purpose of Catchup is to promote connections and improve the quality of relationships within teams and communities. When welcoming new members, you can personalize the message they receive, which may include conversation starters, links to a member directory, or other pertinent details; however, it is also completely acceptable to use our standard message. Typically, new Catchups are configured for two participants, but you have the flexibility to increase the group size to three or four for group introductions via direct messages, rather than individual ones. Furthermore, you can monitor the weekly match percentage and the count of members on hold. To keep engagement high, you have the option to automatically pause members who have not taken part in 2, 3, or 4 consecutive Catchups. By utilizing these features, teams can create a dynamic and thriving community, ensuring that everyone feels included and valued. This approach not only strengthens relationships but also fosters a sense of belonging among team members.
