    Summary

    In the work of a graphic designer, especially in a team working remotely, organizing the workflow is extremely important. Previously, we used outdated methods for planning and task management — spreadsheets, chats, and emails. As a result, important information often got lost, leading to missed deadlines and confusion.
    The solution was Worksection. We chose this task manager because it seemed optimal in terms of price, functionality, and ease of use. We have been using it for six months now and can confidently say that our work has become much more coordinated and productive.
    Now it’s clear who is responsible for each project, what the deadlines are, and the progress of tasks. For remote work, this tool is simply amazing!

    Positive

    It’s easy to assign responsible team members and break tasks into subtasks. Tracking the time spent on a project has also become simpler. Overall, the tool helped eliminate confusion and make the work more organized.

    Negative

    It would be great if the mobile app were a bit more convenient for viewing analytics and reports — currently, it requires some extra effort. Nevertheless, this is not critical and does not interfere with the main work.

    For managing and overseeing the work of a remote team, Worksection is, in my opinion, the most optimal solution. It covers all the essential aspects. Each project has an assigned person responsible. All edits, comments, and files are in one place. This minimizes confusion in the workflow. Tracking deadlines and setting priorities is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

    The only thing is that I would like more offline capabilities, as internet access is not always available.

    I’ve been using Worksection for over a year and I’m very satisfied. The service is easy to learn — everything is intuitive, and tasks are simple to create and assign.
