We have been using the Worksection task management system since January 2023 and work in it every day. On average, we manage more than 25 projects per month.
We actively use tasks and subtasks, comments, and private comments for internal team communication. The timer helps track how much time employees spend on completing tasks.
The system makes it easy to break complex projects into stages, assign deadlines and responsible team members, and keep the workflow transparent for clients so they can see the project progress.
We also use reports to demonstrate completed work to clients and to calculate employees’ salaries based on the work performed.

I manage IT projects, including the development of applications, websites, and internal CRM systems. Using Worksection tickets, I build a clear task structure across boards that represent different areas of development. All communication and approvals take place directly within each ticket. We also attach mockups, documents, sketches, screenshots, and any other materials related to the specific task there.
