We recommend Wrike because we can highlight important dates on which certain material must be delivered, or simply events to be taken into account during the creation process, and we can add to this calendar all the information coming from file sharing or online documentation services, including platforms for the administrative management of electronic signatures.

When working with Wrike's professional plan we could notice that the platform does not have enough privacy customization controls, which limits a bit the permissions that can be configured when displaying certain types of content within the project dashboards, such as large files or content that does not have to do explicitly with what is being developed and that should be limited as non-relevant material.

We are very excited about the idea of continuing to employ the use of Wrike in optimizing dynamics for our project management. We are satisfied with the results we have obtained by managing each team planning process from a single activity calendar that can be accessed by everyone.

Scheduling work material deliveries within Wrike is extremely convenient, since it allows us to access data for each point or stage of the project that we designate to work on as a group or individually, so that we can track everything that happens exactly at those stages.

Managing the release operations of the developed work material is possible within Wrike, but the results are not adequate considering that the platform does not automatically update the last recorded work part (if done in time), so it is useless to wait for this to happen after altering the work in previous stages.

There is nothing better than Wrike in the implementation of follow-ups to the updates of each job that is carried out at the time, so you always work with the latest material when the platform is synchronized with all the team's devices and they are connected to the Internet.

The level of privacy within Wrike is completely variable, so we can create public panels that all group members can access, or create private panels so that some people involved can discuss specific topics without being interrupted by the rest. Groups can be created by sending invitations by mail.

There are many basic flaws that a software with as many applications as Wrike should fix. One of them is not being able to self-evaluate the work of each person, and you can not manage the comments of these, which limits the ability of the team communication and constructive criticism in case of errors.

Just fills my inbox with more notifications. Good side is that it is useful for tasking and keeping track of tasks that you still have outstanding in your cue but I just feel that there are already plenty of tools to do this in use.

Commenting and tracking on documents are good, easy to see where people left input and keep up with tasks.

I feel like there are other products we already use every day such as email tasks, deadlines and collaboration through Office 365 that do the same tasks and this is just another tool to do that.
