We have used Wufoo for about 12 years daily. The price is a steal for the options and we wouldn't even think to look for a new system. It does what we want with ease and we love it!

Very easy to make a new form and report. We use it daily at our university and we have 1,100 forms in Wufoo. We use it for all sorts of things: info requests, incident reporting, project management, polls, surveys, etc. It is so easy and quick. We have done some really cool things with it, such as annual administrative reviews and management. Daily work couldn't be more simple - if you can think of a form, you can build it in Wufoo. Conditional branching is a huge win and it makes our forms work so much better.

I wish we could have multi-tiered access for users. We can limit a user to not create new forms, but "super user" or "normal user" type roles would be helpful. We have about 1,100 forms in the account and about 18 users campus wide. It becomes difficult determining who is doing what without some digging around. Some users can't be trusted to always do it right. We had an incident where a user was selling items and taking Paypal payments on a personal account. All users have access to the take payments option and this cannot be turned off.

The reliability was key for me and it is definitely that. Overall, it was very user-friendly and easy to start immediately without reading any manual. Highly recommended.

Started using Wufoo because of the common issue WordPress has of not distributing content filled out on contact forms. I ended up finding that Wufoo served a lot of other purposes as well. I've used it for surveys, extremely detailed if/then forms for WordPress, and food menu ordering, to name a few. Absolutely love it. It keeps a record of all forms that have been filled out, which is great if you lose track of it in your email.

I wish it would calculate the sales tax when using it for invoicing. Also, I wish it wasn't limited to 100 components but that's not usually a big issue.

We have been using Wufoo for years and it continues to offer us great success in all the online forms we've created. We use it for surveys, fundraising events, event registrations, and for employment, internship and volunteer applications. Those who fill out the forms have never complained about using the, because they're easy to follow.

Wufoo software is a reasonable cost online form creation tool. It is very robust and extremely user friendly. There are many options for creating drop down boxes, checkboxes, section dividers headings and subheadings. And it is all very intuitive and easy to use. The customizable follow up note to inform a user their form was submitted is also a plus.

Doesn't allow easy creation of custom backgrounds and other graphics.

Overall, really is great when dealing with sensitive information. This is a database that I can trust to use for my client's information.

Once I was able to learn the interface it has been a great tool for me to manage information off of sites and platforms for my clients.

I haven't seen a lot of improvements over the years with this interface.

Wufoo has significantly cut down the time it takes to create forms. It’s versatile, and our office has used it to for forms, a variety of applications, surveys and event RSVP.. We have used other form building software and this one has proven to be the best!

Building forms with Wufoo is simple, quick, easy and intuitive. Even if you’re not tech savvy, it’s straightforward to create forms and templates from scratch. The drag-and-drop interface makes form creation and forms with advance logic a freeze. For users who are more tech savvy, they can create custom templates to match their branding and style. The forms are attractive and dynamic.

There is a capacity on the number of fields/questions Per form, but the amount is generous, so it’s rarely an issue. The formatting options for the form submission confirmation page are extremely limited.

Wufoo is a powerful online form builder. I use Wufoo to collect data from clients by making custom surveys and forms. The form templates are very appealing and it also allows me to add a business logo and title. It also has accept payment feature which you can add in form.

Wufoo form builder has lots of customization options. It's very easy to generate online forms. Forms generated are also very user friendly it supports both mobile and desktop version. It also allows us to build our own custom themes. File upload is also possible in surveys.

I didn't have any cons to share about Wufoo, it does its job very good.

Wufoo is a powerful form builder with Drag and drop type technique. I use this in our organization to create web forms easily without any assistance from development team. It's made in such a way that no coding knowledge is required to create form through Wufoo. It has provision of branching the logic, which itself is very helpful in creating forms with logic. With each form an email response can be set which will trigger to the customers who fill the form. It's a very useful platform providing us the ability to create forms based on the campaign needs.

Wufoo is a powerful form builder. I love the simplicity with which i can create forms within couple of minutes without any coding knowledge. The User Interface is very attractive and easy to use, No prior experience is required to use it. The data collected through the forms are saved in cloud which can be easily exported to further analyze through third party software.
