No hiccups about trading conditions, I feel confident enough to keep trading further in these conditions

There’s a high leverage up to 1:200 available for trading Brent Oil. I couldn’t miss this chance to capture a big trend. I was prepared for bad news on weekends between 28 Feb and 1 March. I opened a position in advance and it worked, the price surged to $75 on Monday.

Ngl, spreads exploded at the market open as well, but my profit was much bigger

It’s my go-to broker for more than 2 years. Commendable they improve on their weaknesses. Sing that they really care.

Their new platform setup, adding tradingview charts, AI, news feed into one web trader. Tbh, it was a long-awaited update for me.

Account structure. A little bit unfair to have bonuses on standard and not having those on ultra low accounts, while having lower spreads. Like they did with platforms, they should offer more flexibility.

Overall my experience with XM is decent, they sure know how to engage people because those promos are super nice.

Support is very helpful.
Costs are nice for ultra low acc (0 swaps).
Standard account is good for promos and stuff too.

it's a bit hard to figure out all the services they have in this new members area.

It works, especially for entry-level traders. Still room to improve the layout and update small bugs. But you can get stuff done.

I used their software to test crypto pairs like BTC/USD and some metals. It doesn’t freeze when markets move fast.

Some features feel hidden or not labeled well. Took me time to find simple stuff.

I entered the platform 2-3 times a week, renewing my long-term swing positions on gold and bitcoin. Really kudos for not chagrin anything extra for the way I trade.

Pricing without hidden fees and surprises. It’s been said that ultra low doesn’t have swaps, there are no swaps in there. I checked in the mt5 terminal.

FAQ should be more informative and support itself should be more trained. I couldn't call them experts

They have a bit of this and a bit of that... just enough assets, and fairly nice conditions for trading them.

Support always answers fast the responses are not generic, at least. Payment's are also not being processed for long

No complete desktop suite for tradng, mt is practically the only option

The software has well designed features and is easy to navigate, especially for beginners. It is real easy to use.

Been trading fx on ultra low account, using mostly th xm app, it's very convenient especially with my constant moving lifestyle.Firstly, it was unfamiliar because used to work on desktop mostly but then with the support manager I got how and what. Really comfortable and great app.

I loved how fast and efficient using the broker's app can be even though i had concerns about mobile apps in trading overall before, turned out to be in vain - the app is really fast

i'd say it's not a con - just wish they'd have more account types

For now it’s a nice trading platform and everything I want I am able to get here and I hope the real account offers same

Trading with this platform is very easy but most importantly, We are able to get available and 24/7 support which has been very beneficial to both we as traders and the platform. They are consistent in their service quality also.

I haven’t tried the real account yo see if it’s the same qualitative service I would get but with the free trial it’s okay.

Have a good trading experience. Many assets to choose from and a solid place to execute the trades. It’s how a normal platform should look like.

Nice platform, I felt those trading vibes. Also, I’m satisfied with their pricing model. Only fair spreads, no commissions of any kind.

I think they don’t have a community. Some sort of forum and general chat could be a good idea, so everyone will share their XP.

Started using the platform about 7 months ago and didn’t have many expectations but the pricing here is fair and in totality it’s cool.

There are no delays with the payments or any other trading process and it’s great. Also the customer service response time is fast.

The educational resources are limited and users have to find elsewhere.

Suitable broker having enough of everything for trading. Haven’t yet had issues trading here and hope it won’t be a case in my future trades

I would say it’s definitely an easy to use platform and it gives value for money. I'd recommend a try especially a free trial.

Used the free trial of This broker, loved the smooth navigation and it definitely was the push I needed to invest my money and it’s been good, especially with their 24/7 customer service staff availability.

The pricing can be better and that’s what I feel personally, also more detailed information on the accounts.

I liked that xm has everything needed for normal trading. For me, wide range of assets and good fees.

The web platform is Metatrader, not my favorite one.

Overall I'm satisfied, it does its job well. But as i said work on your optimization and it will be perfect.

First one to mention is the interface, which is user friendly and easy to navigate through the app. Makes overall experience more enjoyable i would say. Also, they have many trading tools, so i had no problems with making proper TA and managing trades.

The app may lag sometimes. Its not often but it happens from time to time. I hope they optimize it with their new updates.

I lucky to have end up with XM. Couldn't asked for better broker. yes may be too much , but better than not enough!

The app is extra smooth and runs fast even on simpler phones. If internet is good, then comfortable trading is surely there.

Overwhelming amount of services like education and platforms, maybe a tutorial on what does what.

Looking at the whole picture, XM looks pretty complete. Learning is a big thing here, and it's good for beginners like me.
Also the analytics are good, easy to use them.

So the variations of the platforms fit any divide possible.

I don't think they have enough deposit methods, can be more.

Now with xm and I am still on demo plus I invested a small amount on ultra low to see how things operate here. I think the prices are not bad, they are okay.

XM mobile app is the best thing for me now because you can just control your account from your phone, and the charts are not bad so I can even trade from my phone.

Was a bit hard to get a handle on everything they offer, because they have a lot of features, like education and many different assets like turbo stocks and etc.

I like this overall combination of MT and Xm app, one you can use at home and one outside on your phone, with you at all times

I like the app, simple in usage and great for beginners like me, no issues setting up and registering, all was smooth

Overall UX on website is not well thought I think, a littel complex at times
