It’s a nice platform and it’s also very cost effective and affordable long run. Theres still some features to improve on like, education, cost would not be a bad idea too.

This broker is one you can easily trust in terms of its security and also with the easy to use features it makes it easy to understand what it is offering.

Not much educational materials in my own opinion

I’m trading on a demo account for now. Still sharpening my skills of trading in a non risky environment, and as soon as I get consistent in demo I will switch to real acc. No doubt that I will stay with xs, they are legit.

The broker is multi regulated, and overall have a positive sentiment around their company, which is a good sign. When it comes to trading, I like the variety of trading accounts, they are with tight fees and low min depo requirements.

They should add more educational content.
Idk, I think it’s the only thing they could really do.

For me XS was a synonym of:
Reliability
Fair approach to the pricing
Built-up trading process
That’s why I continue being their loyal customer. Haven’t yet raised any doubts.

Great trading conditions for gold and other metals. On a pro account, spreads are lower, swap free periods are pretty long, consider commodities are less friendly on this matter, and sometimes don't offer grace periods at all.

They should add crypto into the payment methods. Way faster than cards and wire transfers.

My xp wasn’t that successful in terms of my performance. Still learning the ropes, testing different strategies… But when it comes to the place, all is good in there. Feel safe, convenient, ready to continue our partnership.

The strongest side of the broker, is of course credibility of services. Everything buttoned worked, every order was executed like it should (as I assume). No problems with payments and fund security. This side of the broker's operation was just polished to the perfect condition. Btw, trading wasn’t challenging here. The simplest account setup and trading area, I’ve seen in my experience.

Nothing to add here, for me this is the way the broker should look like. Robust, credible, not distracting users with “fancy features”

Signed up in early 2024 and I am pretty much satisfied with what I get in terms of costs and service. the vital things like payments are no problem, they are not greedy and don't request commissions for payments, and there are many methods too. I recommend using this broker for all, you can find an account fit to your level.

Biggest plus of XS - price. No doubts about it. For example, I have a pro account and sometimes I see spreads that are even less than 0.7 pips that they claim, I even seen 0.6 and less. It's more or less stable at all times. And it's not headaches, you can just sign up and open the account you like and you are ready to trade, simple as that. So it fits traders of all levels.

I think some things can be better like they can add their own webtrader platform, they not just offer MT4 and Mt5. not that these are bad,it's just I think they can do even better.

I feel happy that I discovered xs broker and started my trading journey here. The education is good, I finished the course and now I found their regular and in-depth market insights beneficial. They are helpful for trading. The platform feels very professional and after some time trading ona demo, i decided to start real trading with their PRO account because the initial deposit of $500 is actually not high at all for this acc type

For me the best thing about them was the fact I’ve never needed help. I did my trading, the broker provided its service. Nobody disturbed anybody. I like the way it was. Still support service was present at all times

Main positive aspects I found good about this broker: transparency in pricing and execution, nothing hidden nor unexpected, trading was all on MT, dynamic leverage, didn’t adjust it manually.

No trading app, so additional time was spent opening a desktop platform and doing my thing.

Overall, I feel like XS is one of the good brokers I had to deal with. During my trading here I never really felt unsafe or confused. It's like, they know what they're doing and they do it well.

Don't really know the difference between micro and cent accounts, but I had a chance to use the former one and it was pretty helpful in the beginning

I don't really like the way levererage here works. Yes, it's supposed to make trading easier for you and less risky, but I just prefer having more control

I'm still surprised that a custom made XS.com app is not really a thing...But you know what? I'm glad they decided to keep it simple by using one environment on all of their platforms. It gets really annoying having to use one app on my PC and a completely different one on my phone. Now I can finally have everything in one place, trade on an mt5 and check my positions ALSO on mt5, just on my iphone

Super solid regulations, I think safety is the main advantage of this broker. CySEC and FSCA are the most important imho

The features seem a little bland. A lot of assets but no truly "unique" aspects to the platform

I guess the pros and cons speak for themselves and I dont gotta say much in here. I signed up in february 2023 and it's my second year here, not planning on leaving. If they keep up, they would stay on top.

It's super easy and you won't find much that would confuse you, only thing is accounts but those are plenty you just choose the one you like the most.
Support is quick, you can ask the bot to connect to you agent and the rest is gonna be smooth, may be delays during high time, but nun critical
I love pricing here the most, Pro account and spreads are low, mostly over 1 pip, and I have even seen 0.8 pips right before london open.

Like they have made some competitions in the past, but now it seems like they do them much. Same goes to some promos or campaigns where all the accounts can participate, like from this side, xs is passive.

Trading for two years here has made me realize the benefit of having a broker that was very supportive both with the staff and its resources.

The execution speed isn’t as fast as I would like, might be a problem during volatile periods.

You know I don't agree with people calling it a dull broker where you don't get much promos and stuff. To be honest I personally don't need those, it just distrcats me from trading. What I value in XS is that there's just stable trading, I open up my MT5 and I trade, simple as that. When it's time to withdraw, I make a request through the members area and money will be on it's way. For this simplicity I like xs, though I can't speak for others.

Just like the most, I like the spreads LOL. The lower the costs, the more appealing is the broker. I care about spreads because it's something you pay EVERY time you trade, no exception.

Education is a bit weak, turns out they have some education that can be requested, but it's not readily available. Consider making an academy and then putting out webinars and such, this can help newer traders to learn the basics.

Trading with their pro account for a while not and almost all my trades were held at least for some days, with very few being intraday. I have tested the spreads on forex majors and minors and can tell you that those are affordable, and I don't mind them for the exchange of these trading conditions. Also excited about the XS app, about time they made something of their own :)

The legitimacy is one of their biggest advantage, you can be sure that you are trading at the safest possible place

Job market is not doing too well, and I dont expect to be working in a few years, when AI hits my job too, layoffs already happening. But with this, I can still earn a fair bit, even if I'm not as successful as some.

I think we are still far from peak bubble. Everything AI gets huge hype, and I thought thats why Xs was doing it, to get its investors happy. But this AI, I actually use more than GPT 5. Each day that we trade, it shows new entries and helps understand what went wrong with old ones.

They dont market themselves well at all I think, the AI tools are not easily explained and not front-visible, same with most analytics tools here. Looks like they are attracting big clients, and not focused on regular people, whereas regular people can benefit from these services too.

Minus one point because XS app is not a thing. Tried to google it but nothing came up, only metatrader, which is the main platform they have. On the website too, there's only mt4/mt5. Everything is great though. Many assets to trade, and not overpriced unlike other popular brokers...

Low minimum deposit for the standard and micro accounts, I think making the platform accessible for beginners is something a lot of brokers miss

I wouldn't say it's too bad, but they do lock the best conditions they have behind a $500 minimum deposit

Fees are not the lowest for the product, but the rest, I like quite a bit, especially the safety features it provided.

I have mainly positive emotions after trading with the XS broker. Well... there's something to continue working on, but at the same time, new features, new sections on the website are added right before your eyes, lol.
for the period I've been trading with them, they have devised and introduced their tailored payment mean, XS mastercard, which is quite a convenient thing, I tried it.
plus, they added in-depth description of dynamic leverage mechanism and remade account types system. WITHIN A JUST A YEAR! some brokers don't bother to add just one feature for decades, rofl.

Recently introduced XS MasterCard is an awesome feature;
I'd say - remake of the account types mechanism was also dead-on hit for the broker. It caters to needs of all traders.

I can't say there is a lot to fix on the platform. I would even say there's just a space for improvement and nothing more.
