    Good app overall. Booking and check in process is seamless and easy to navigate. If the one con was to be addressed it would make it easier to move around the same day and sit in different areas as needed.

    Great app to use for larger office spaces. I have used this app for over 6 months now and don't have anything bad to say. I can use it on my laptop or my phone which makes it easy to use on the go.

    Can't book multiple times in one day. This comes handy when you need to change floors or areas on the same floor. Once you cancel your seat for the day you cant book another if you want or need to move work stations.

    Easy to use, just book the hood you need and whenever you need. I like that they also send us confirmation link so that you don't forget that you book a particular hood/machine.

    Can use improvements in calendar display on the map.

    All locations distinctly defined.
    Map feature is easiest to understand and follow.
    Setup and login is not linked to work profile which reduces chances of login conflicts/issues.

    Locations do not directly link to map upon clicking.
    Signs out occasionally and is troublesome to re-connect.
    Date range only extends till end of calendar month, doesn't show the following month unless manually moved, and this is very tricky on phone screens.

    My overall experience is wonderful, as I can hold meeting privately and it is user friendly, it helps me to plan my meetings in advance.

    Positive

    - You are able to check the available space through the timeline.
    - booking and cancelling is easy.
    - you get email notifications for room booking and calendar invite which is helpful when busy and for planning.
    - You can adjust your booking and invite others as well.
    - Meetings can be booked ahead of time especially recurring ones.
    - You can manage your bookings efficiently.

    Negative

    - Yarooms link is not easy to find on the intranet, I usually go back to my emails.
    - if you forget to check in the room can be booked by another.
    - I do not think the snowdrop session is necessary to be included on Yarooms as most people do not book but just use the available booth.

    Excellent experience using YAROOMS. Easy access through any TEAMS app. Booking made very simple and easy. Never had any problems. Map and timeline views are very convenient.

    Sometimes forget to book space. But that's my own issue and isn't something I'd be critical of. There might be a reminder alert that I haven't found yet.? Also if a meeting goes over, perhaps an alert to warn the next user might be helpful?

    Easy tool to implement. Yarooms team very strong on on boarding, data conversion and training/upskill. Support has been very strong since go live - responsive and articulate.

    Easy to use, cloud based with great support from yarooms team for setup and initial usage. Solution works well for our model of room bookings, with shared tenants using shared rooms. Mobile app and tablet interfaces work well and are not cluttered or bloated - just do what they need to

    Some challenges in Chrome, but nothing major.
    Would like extended functionality for booking approvals, but this is very specific to the use case we have.
