Overall, Yodeck is an excellent and easy to use application for displaying digital signage on TV screens in businesses, churches, etc. Intuitive user interface allows a wide variety of media types to be displayed. Cloud based system allows you to update signage anywhere in the world. Excellent customer service and fair pricing.

Very easy to use platform. Allows you to display a wide variety of media on TV screens, including PDFs, animation/videos, Microsoft Office documents, as well as social media posts. Reasonable pricing provides good value.

Not very much to criticize with this application. Wi-Fi set-up was a bit tricky at first but the customer service is great.

Once you learn how to use it, it is simple and easy to schedule different playlists at different times. The features are sufficient for my company's needs. It takes time to learn widgets, layouts, and playlists, but once you've set your standard layout, it doesn't usually need to be adjusted. You only need to add and remove media items to the playlists.

The features are relatively simple once set. The widgets are great. You can have a professional looking playlist in less than an hour.

The organization of the media, widgets, layouts and playlists is confusing when you're first using it. It is unclear where you change and schedule what broadcasts to the monitors.

The Yodeck service offers a substantial feature set on top of an easy to use interface at an incredible price. Their support team has been top notch with all of my questions and concerns so far and am very happy with my screens. You can't beat the price if you are able to pay up front AND receive all the hardware you need!

Ease of use, nice feature set, outstanding support, price, uptime has been excellent. Overall the exact solution we were looking for in order to provide informational content to our clients. Yodeck allows you to feed data and info from an incredible array of sources. Their support team is very detailed and have always ensured that I get the proper information to any support question while also checking in to make sure everything is going as planned.

Really the only thing I can think of is an easier method on 'home built' or non-preconfigured Yodeck players is to present the option of wifi or ethernet setup on the main screen boot up rather than having to navigate ctrl+alt menus. This isn't even a challenge for most people but I can see it as daunting to someone with little to no tech experience. Say for instance you mail a box to a client with no tech background, they may have a few hurdles to get over if you are trying to guide them through a setup to wifi rather than straight ethernet. Wifi can be preconfigured by the administrator however as I have learned from Yodeck support team.

We've moved from old, HTML based to a new, CMS based narrowcasting which is a huge step up, with almost no effort and lower hardware cost.

Pricing is 110% ok for first player, but it becomes slightly expensive for a non-commercial organisation after the first player.

The speed, ease of setup, and integration with Google docs. Also: displaying youtube without ads' ;-).

Cost after the first player (were a sports club with some screens... expensive to a sports club with only volunteers without income via the screens).

My overall experience was very positive i would and have installed multiple installations for my clients, they run from 1 to 10 screen setups.

Easy to use Web GUI, intuitive to use, easy to install. I liked that it works with your own Raspberry Pi 3+.

Wireless setup would be great. Wifi sometimes doesn't stick in the configuration file.

Unlogical structure - one can add web content in multiple ways. This is a good feature - but the ease of use is difficult.

I use Yodeck now for 1 day. It's super easy to manage my displays and the content. I would recommend it for everyone. The prices are also great. Overall its a very good product.

We are very pleased with Yodeck. It is an affordable way to communicate with our customers and present a professional image to all visitors to our office.

The playlists are easy to edit and update from anywhere. Our digital signage looks very professional, and we are able to share important info with customers.

Sometimes webpages take a while to load. That may be a hardware limitation though.

A very satisfying and complete product. The player exists in 2Gb and 4Gb. The price is very competitive compared to the competition.
It is adaptable to several activities.

Excellent tool for Professional digital signage. After daily use I am totally satisfied!

The ability to have different types of media or media lists to select for a show's content is a great feature. Also, the layering of media on the show editor is really helpful and works great as well!

I wish there was a much clearer way to display the contents of a show, a playlist, or a sub-playlist.
