Date: Apr 05 2024SummaryYooz is good but there are some glitches at times, I think it could be a lot better. I envision a system that speaks to the accounting system where I post invoices and they work simultaneously together.
PositiveIt's a lot easier to see who needs to approve invoices and keep track of who is holding invoices. I like the ease of the approval system overall.
NegativeI do not like that when I'm in a search and click into a vendor invoice and go back out it goes back up to the top of the list, I would like it to stay in the same spot so that I don't have to scroll all the way back down to find what I was just looking at.

I also do not like that it doesn't recognize the correct vendor name, I'd rather it leave it blank than put something wrong in, same with the dollar amount.
I wish that it would speak to the accounting system Sage so that if a change is made in Yooz, it also changes in Sage. This would be ideal. At this point I have to manually export invoices into Sage.Official Yooz Response -

Date: Apr 05 2024SummaryOverall, I can honestly say that I am pleased with this software. I can say it is user friendly. Using use has helped our general manager become more aware of our company expenses.
PositiveI do like that the scanning can automatically generate my vendor. It is user friendly and, can really cut down time when it comes hitting multiple accounts at once.
NegativeOne this I don't like is unnecessary fields. Like document date, document creation date, document due day, accounting date. Too many dates.

PositivePaperless, able to view invoices from multiple locations for ease, reminder for tasks and learned accounts.
NegativeSometimes we have issues with random glitches, not exporting some documents, sometimes not indicating something as a duplicate right away.
