PositiveI have used Zedmed for over 20 years, (and also Genie, GENTU, and Clinic to Cloud ). Zedmed continues to stand out as an easy to use product. We recently moved to Zedmed Cloud, which had some hiccups but now is running well.
NegativeSupport can be slow to respond , compared to the past, but is overall not too bad.
