Excellent tool, excellent service.

When I got stuck, the chat team was right there to bring me back to reality and even credited the second submission of my validating list.

A couple of features weren't so easy to figure out. But I guess I should have read the instructions through a second time.

Email marketing can be very complicated if you don't know anything about IT. The tool helped me a lot to make a good email anyway.

I was able to clean up my mailing list with the tool der well. The mailing list with about 5,000 email addresses was later rated as unproblematic by the email sending service. Thanks a lot!

It is simple and reliable. Old or faulty email addresses were sorted out and the sending worked without problems afterwards.

Very good products that can estimate the validation of email address, especially for offline data collection, so that we could identify the bounces email and reduce the chance that email go to spam.

- I like it automatically give the Gender of each records, that is really help to add Prefix for each record.

When I have any problem, I contact support team, so, they solve in an excellent period of time.

- For some cases, the validation returns MAILBOX_NOT_FOUND even when I'm sure that the mailbox exists, in all cases I contact support team and solves immediately but, it is an issue you have to resolve.

A very good and serious website to get your email list clean from soft, hard bounces and invalid email addresses to avoid your reputation going down.

Since I use ZeroBounce, I get a better inbox rate because I am sending only to valid email addresses and ZeroBounce are excellent to get the best verification.

Sometimes it is lagging but not big deal they resolve issues very quickly.

The chat box was popping up too often at first - offering help - but it has stopped now. I appreciate knowing it's there - but not having to close it all the time.

All of the C.S. folks we've encountered are terrific. They are "on top of their game," they know the product and its complexities, they are always cheerful and patient.....and they are 100% available when you need them (not like some providers.....who say they'll get back to you in a day or so, and that turns into a week!). Great products and service. Initially I was shocked to lose 6000 names (bad emails) from my list, but now I understand that size is not the answer. I'm working towards a smaller but much more engaged list. It was a hard lesson to learn, but they were effective and kind teachers.

Excellent and easy to use software for cleaning lists and increasing open rates and solving spam problems. I made the mistake of trying to use an old list from my brick and mortar stores for a new online shop and quickly found all my emails ending up in span. ZeroBounce has literally saved my business by providing tools and a path to get back on track with this list.

Today i just wanted to validate only 29 mail ids and i was offered 100 free credits - that was nice - even though i offered to pay for it!

Catch-all status is kind of road blocking.
Grey listed status- it defines verified and invalid on Excel sheet but not with single email address validator.
