Zillow has done very well overall, this platform has been easy to use, we've been able to create very eye-catching and company-branded ads to attract more customers. Zillow is the perfect platform for marketing all types of homes around the world. The first positive point that you can find when using this platform is that you can obtain availability in most countries, Zillow is available for many regions which allows you to market new homes anywhere in the world. Another thing that I like about Zillow is that it offers you very advanced details about the status of each property, you can see the number of cubic feet of each house or apartment, you can know the rules of each house and the number of rooms, kitchens or living rooms that each house has. I love Zillow because you can find homes depending on what you want, the search engine on this platform helps a lot since it allows you to choose how many rooms you want in a home, if it should have a garage, if animals are allowed and much more details, this search engine is too complete to find the ideal property easily.

I have not presented any type of problem when using Zillow, this platform has behaved very well in all aspects and has made it possible for us to have a problem-free marketing of homes. The only thing that should be improved within Zillow is the loading time of the information of the houses, since currently when using the search system, the properties take a long time to load the photos and the information of each house, despite having a fairly good internet connection without delays, that's the only thing Zillow needs to improve to increase effectiveness and user experience.

Overall, I would suggest using Zillow if you are in the process of looking for a new home. It can help that overwhelming task a little bit easier, especially since you can do it just from your computer or phone.

The nice thing about Zillow is it not only has new home/apartment listings, it also lets you see what certain homes are worth. Zillow is quick and when I was looking for a home I was able to see listings that were just listed. It is very easy to use and you can see listings all throughout the United States, it isn't specific to one state and/or city which is nice.

If you allow Zillow to send you notifications you will get quite a few each day. So, only have your notifications on if you are serious about getting them.
