Its communications panel is ideal as a collaboration tool, it allows us to optimally maintain communication about the progress of projects with the entire company and achieve much more synchronized progress. I like the option to plan and preconfigure, it gives us a lot more flexibility when working, as well as its comfortable interface, with just a few steps I can drag, drop, and adjust all the daily tasks, the synchronization and migration of data is done efficiently and in good time. It has the necessary tools to better understand the use of the platform, this has been a plus because as soon as we started that material was quite useful. It is quite useful that from different areas of work we can create an optimal workflow, opening the options to various business tasks and unifying everything better than we could have done. When my internet is slow, everything slows down or goes down and data migration is lost, I would like to have a much more efficient platform when it comes to data migration. The integrations could become limited, its expansion would give us many more possibilities of work and flow. Thanks to the fact that it has enough documentation, I have not had to resort to much customer support, however, when I did, I noticed that they are slow in responding and when they do, it is already too late because I already solved it on my own. Having a Zoho Flow that I can use on my cell phone would give me the peace of mind that I can monitor my work from wherever I am without having to wait until I get to my office to see it from my computer. I know that with future updates Zoho Flow will be able to have much more variability in its options, better updates, and a work system much more adjusted to my needs, meanwhile, it has been really useful for what we have needed it for.

Overall I really like Zoho Flow as it has helped us create new automation that saves us time and resources.
