Despite the little optimization that I got while using the Zoho Forms mobile app, I find that this platform has very good potential to be able to collect form responses and to be able to send all kinds of questionnaires to clients. Zoho Forms is a complete platform, offers a data analysis system and also has very good integration with the Analytics system to be able to analyze the collected data faster and to be able to link it with other data sources. This platform offers ease when it comes to creating forms, and also offers some very appropriate template designs for any topic that the forms that are being made have. I am satisfied with the use of Zoho Forms.

Zoho Forms is a great platform to quickly get answers and to be able to ask all kinds of questions on any topic, to specific clients. What I like the most about Zoho Forms is that this platform has allowed me to add a wide variety of templates for all the forms I am making, this allowed me to obtain a more exclusive design for my forms and also allowed me to add templates adapted to the information that you are going to place in the entire form. Another of the most notable posiitve features that Zoho Forms has is that this platform collects customer responses in real time, and allows these responses to be automatically analyzed by the same Zoho Forms service or through integration with the service of Analytics. I am very happy to be using Zoho Forms to be able to make specific questionnaires to all the clients that access the services of our company. This platform is very fast collecting information and also allows you to create very attractive forms.

One of the improvements that have to be made in the Zoho Forms platform is with respect to its application for mobile phones. The application for computers offered by Zoho Forms is completely optimized, and makes data collection work in real time, however, the mobile application is totally different, because it takes much longer to receive the information that customers put in the forms. And it also takes more than 10 minutes for the forms that have been created earlier to appear on the mobile App dashboard. I would like to be able to obtain the same optimization of the computer version, on the mobile device.
