    Summary

    I have been using Zoho Lens to provide real-time remote connections with customers and staff. I have been able to use my phone as well as desktop PC and it has worked great.

    Positive

    Help keep remote connections and client stations organized.
    You can ass tasks or projects to staff.
    I am able to easily connect with clients and it is very easy for them to get connected.

    Negative

    It can be a bit hard to set up and you may need an IT professional to make sure it's properly set configured and secure.
