Overall I’ve had a great experience with Zoho Mail and would recommend the software to anyone looking for an email service.

Zoho Mail is an incredible solution that allows very small businesses the ability to have professional email at no cost.

There are some limitations, the biggest being the inability to use IMAP or POP.

Overall I really like Zoho Mail, I just wish the search function was better. Sometimes emails end up in the wrong folders but I still enjoy using Zoho Mail.

I like that I can set up folders to segment my emails.
I am able to connect Zoho Workdrive and attach files to and from email.
It's very easy to compose new messages and delay sending them if you like.

The search function is horrible. Coming from Gmail, it's a night and day difference. Often times I struggle to find an email that is needed.

As soon as internal operations are handled automatically, you will have more time to focus on critical tasks rather than backend labor.

One feature of Zoho Mail that fully elevates it beyond the competition is its ability to automatically send emails with attachments that are hidden in my inbox as internal alerts about emails that are waiting for my response. The next function is Schedule email, which is extremely generic but still vital. Sending birthday wishes to coworkers at the appropriate time makes life easier.

When I send an email to a group of people, I include the name of that group in the subject line. And the email I send is returned to my inbox if I am a member of that team. In other words, I'm getting a response to the email I wrote to myself. I absolutely detest this feature.

Great mail for pricing. Also, the whole Zoho suite is great for a business.
I would recommend Zoho if someone wanted to setup their business mail and CRM.

Pricing: 25MB of attachments and 5 GB mailbox is great for an Gmail alternative, competitive pricing if you're a business.
Ease of use: Zoho Mail has an excellent UI, which I like more than Gmail and other alternatives.

Intelligent Filters: When I was setting up my account, every e-mail sent would go to a filter, annoying for me, but you can remove those filters.
IMAP/POP: I prefer to use Thunderbird, but on the free plan, you can't use IMAP or POP.

When searching for email solutions for my customers I came across Zoho Mail. It was skeptical at first, but as I researched more I decided to try them out. I am not disappointed.
Zoho Mail offers all the features you would expect at a very affordable cost, whether you are using it for personal or business.
I set up a business with 8 emails in a couple hours. Zoho automatically backed up their current stored emails and folders and imported into their platform. It is super customizable too. One employee needed more storage space than the others, it no problem, I just added additional storage space to that one account.
Neither my customers or myself have had any problems with reliability. The service works and delivers your email quickly and efficiently.

Tons of features, Easily customizable, Very affordable and reliable. I've used it for several customers and have had no problems or complaints.

The platform can be a little challenging getting to where you need to be, but once used to it I've had no problems.

Saves money for email hosting for my ideas which are just in the ideation stage for just launched, so I can spend those on build the actual product instead of spending those dollars on an email hosting service.

I've been using Zoho for my business for the past year and it's been great. I have a small company and this is the best email hosting service I found so far. They have so many features that you don't have to pay a cent for, and this has helped me save a lot of money on other services. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs an email hosting service.

With free plan you don't get access to IMAP and POP3, but you can use it on their Zoho Mail app.

Zoho Mail is an excellent mailing service especially for small businesses. It provides a decent free plan with affordable upgrades. Apart from pricing it shines with great privacy and integration features with Zoho's other apps and third party tools as well.

Interface can be made more intuitive especially when it comes to managing mailbox.

It feels all Zoho products fit right for small businesses who are looking for alternative to Microsoft 365 or G Suite and Zoho mail is definitely such a Zoho product. It provides affordable plans and covers all functionalities that you would need from an email service.
