    Summary

    The earlier version was a good, useful app. The current one not so much. Aside from color scheme, not much appears changed in the user interface. Under the hood, however, the task of downloading is a lot less reliable.

    This software is easy to use and performs downloading tasks without much user intervention. There are many video and audio conversion options for those who need them.

    Negative

    The latest update, 10.26 has problems that result in video with no sound, or sometimes stops with the simple message: "Error" -- not very helpful.
