Very flexible electronic time sheet which gives you detailed reports in a variety of useful formats. It can be set up for as many or as few people in each department and even combine different departments together to give an overall staff or project report.

The software is very flexible and easy to set up for different projects and configurations.
I can add and remove users as required and the reports can be in any format you require - very flexible.

Nothing really - its suits my purpose as it is. If I were to ask for any improvements it would be to add another level of project detail.

I searched everywhere for a good timecard application for my small firm. For 3 users or less, guess what? It's free! Everything I need and with presentable reports for clients. What's not to like.

The built in invoicing format doesn't work for me. But, I never really expected it to.

The software works fine for our purposes. If this recent billing problem hadn't occurred we would be using it for years to come.

I accidentally ordered an extension of our annual plan instead of just adding users. I immediately requested a refund but they refused to refund the entire amount. They are intent on keeping 4% of the amount paid and only returning 96%. We are ending our relationship with them because of this unscrupulous billing.
