Delayed, Non-Functional, and Unresponsive: Our Experience with Asttecs
Date: Mar 09 2025SummaryOur experience with astTECS for their WhatsApp Bot Services has been profoundly disappointing. We signed the purchase order in October 2023 with high expectations, but it took almost a full year to receive the completed project. Although some initial testing was conducted, the live performance of the bot was far from satisfactory. Customers encountered frequent issues that led to frustration and abandonment of chats, which in turn resulted in lost revenue and damaged business reputation. Despite raising multiple support requests and sending detailed complaint emails—highlighting both the functional deficiencies and the unresponsiveness of the support team—the issues remain unresolved. This prolonged delay, combined with the non-functional product and lack of support, has not only cost us valuable time but also led to significant financial losses. We cannot recommend astTECS for critical business applications where reliability and responsive customer support are paramount.

The system frequently hangs without any apparent reason, reports are often missing, and PRI lines disconnect on their own. I deeply regret choosing this product. they have charged a very high price for this unprofessional hardware
