    eClincher changed my social media life

    Summary

    Overall, this is definitely a service I would recommend to my fellow SM marketers (and I already did)

    Positive

    I've been using Eclincher for a while now and its really made my SM tasks much simpler, saved me a lot of time (and money) and it's helped me stay on top of all the accounts and make sure we get daily content out there on every profile by having everything in one place.

    I started with one brand that I was managing and was able very quickly to grow and manage 12 brands (to date).

    I think I was able to grow due to the fact that they are constantly thinking on how to develop the software and feature to help their customers save time. I personally suggested 3 features that were implemented in no time (less than 3 months). This is seriously different experience than any other similar service that I tried in the past.

    It was generally very easy to learn and once I figured out the basics, it was very easy to start using features that I never even thought about before.

    The inbox feature is one of my favorites, the post queues is another. I am now waiting for more analytics features and I know I will soon be able to schedule reports to be automatically generated and even sent to my clients.

    So far I think eClincher offers the bast value for money in this industry.

    Negative

    I used to think the design of the UI is so-so, but they now released a new UI and it's impressive.
