eHospital doesn't make running a busy OPD easy — nothing does. But it makes it manageable and that is honestly everything.

We handle up to 400 patients a day and printed registers were killing us. Now patients are triaged digitally, routed to the right room, and records are ready before the doctor calls them in. The support team even came on-site during our go live week which nobody expecte, having someone physically there on launch day in a high volume environment was a game changer.

The system slows down noticeably during peak hours when every terminal is running at once. Not a dealbreaker but it needs fixing.
