Scam. It is illegal to offer a low price to entice new users to go through a lengthy process only to realize the actual price is much higher.

Absolutely Nothing.
It was more expensive, more difficult to sign up, and extremely confusing platform for what should have been a quick and easy process.
Advertising $15 notary and actually charging $25 plus a $5 verification fee was also a huge red flag.

This company advertises that they will notarize documents for $14.95 when in actuality their price is $25 plus a five dollar verification fee. The platform is very confusing and difficult to use.
We were switched between 4-5 different notaries during the process.
We ended up not even being able to complete the notary process and used another online notary service with much better results.
