Pretty good experience overall. I know that everyone is competing for media attention these days but if your release looks professional it reflects well on your product so you may be more likely to get coverage.

They held my hand, offered suggestions and were very easy to work with. They also sent me a workbook which made it easy to write.

The cost is a little pricey for many of my customers. Most of them are writers and writing isn't known for paying very well since now days everyone is a writer. Supply and demand.

A learning experience that was easy with Chat expert help. There was some confusion finding the 'new' customer order page and navigation between pages needs to be fixed. But Shannon carried me through.
