The FAQs on their site initially caught my attention when weighing different distributors. They list out everything you could want to know online, including pricing, without having to reach out to a support agent. But, if you need support, a human-manned chatbox is available throughout your entire order process., which I've taken advantage of several times.

They are the only partner distributor of PR Newswire, which is amazing considering how convoluted it is to work with PR Newswire.

Because they work with the PR Newswire to distribute, you don't get to see a preview of the release in advance, just the live version once it's out. This was different from other providers I've worked with in the past. But when I reached out to their support team, they did send me a final Word document of what would be going to PR Newswire, which gave me one more opportunity to check the release.

eReleases provides excellent and wide distribution...which is what anyone needs for a press release. Many very cheap Press release distributors are tempting to use, but they are not very good at getting you the right distribution, and some get you nothing. I have used eReleases for many years now and I highly recommend them.

I've used eReleases at my past 3 companies. Their service is on par with other PR services, including the most popular ones and they are priced at a great value. The best thing about eReleases is not only the reach of the press announcements but also their customer service. I've had mistakes in press release where I was able to quickly contact them and have them fix it before the release went out -- that is invaluable. I can't even put a price tag on that.

I sometimes struggle to understand the vast list of industry targets to make sure it fits the release without having to look them up in a separate tab.

A learning experience that was easy with Chat expert help. There was some confusion finding the 'new' customer order page and navigation between pages needs to be fixed. But Shannon carried me through.
