    It's been really positive. The customer service is excellent. Noella is amazing, always very responsive and does her best to accommodate our requests.

    Love the way it takes the subjectivity out of the job evaluation process and has the functionality to flag anomalies. It's been a great resource for ensuring equity within our organization.

    Negative

    The examples are specific to the original client but we will be able to configure them to align with our organization once we have reviewed enough roles to create benchmarks of our own.

As such, the system supplies the necessary granularity required in job measurement while concurrently offering a design that is readily understood by users and stakeholders. As well, the system outputs such as job description, job posting and position interview guide are invaluable for the associated compensation administration and talent acquisition processes.

    • A more granular evaluation methodology ensures every aspect of the role is taken into account and valued.
    • System generated evaluations ensure objective and consistent results (i.e. not open to subjective interpretation).
    • Job Evaluation is viewed as transparent, objective, comprehensive, and equitable.
    • System generated recruiting and posting summaries include key job factors, technical knowledge, and core organizational competencies prescribed for the role. System generated interview questions help interviewers probe the skills and competencies of candidates.

    We navigated a rigorous procurement process prior to selecting Encompassing Visions. The selection panel did not identify or highlight any perceived detractions.
