    Summary

    I bought this software with the company's promise that I could use it forever AND transfer the license to a new computer when I changed. That happened and I tried to use the key on the new computer. It didn't work.

    Customer support told me that I had an old version and to BUY the new version. I asked them where I could download the old version, that I paid for, and they said that they "no longer supported" it and I'd have to BUY the new version.

    This is NOT the promise they made of lifetime use and transferability.

    The software works. Clumsy... but it works The program was stable on Windows 10 but I can no longer download that version.

    Negative

    They did not keep their promise of lifetime use and support. They changed versions and refused to permit download of the version that I paid-for.
