    Summary

    Loved it when it worked. Just too many occurrences of operating our golf course having completely lost all tee times and resting to pencil and paper.

    Positive

    The layout was very intuitive and easy to learn and navigate. Ability to operate all aspects of golf course operations (tee times, pos, restaurant, pro shop, lessons, marketing, etc.)

    Negative

    The cloud-based software crashed too many times (seemed like on Saturday mornings too!). Internet based service with no local (computer software) backup. We lost thousands of dollars due to this problem. Also... too many updates that would cripple the software at times.
