PDF Scout simplifies the verification of your PDF documents by swiftly identifying prevalent issues upon upload to our customer self-service platforms, goPost and e-PlanREVIEW. Should any discrepancies arise within the PDF, the system will not accept the file. Throughout the plan review application procedure, PDFs undergo real-time scrutiny via the PDF Scout inspector, which brings attention to problems requiring user action and quickly notifies the applicant, enabling them to correct any mistakes before final submission. Files that do not pass the PDF Scout inspection are prohibited from advancing in the plan review process. Furthermore, Scout checks for password protection on PDFs, as these files cannot be accessed and will be automatically rejected. It also assesses for invalid PDF types, such as PDF portfolios, and any corrupted files, guaranteeing that only acceptable submissions are processed. The system is capable of managing files up to 400 MB, with larger submissions being denied. In essence, PDF Scout not only streamlines the document submission process but also fosters a more efficient application experience, ultimately contributing to a more effective review procedure.
