JioGST facilitates the filing of the GSTR-3B form, a temporary return established by the Government to be utilized until the completion of regular returns. This particular form is intended for taxpayers required to submit GSTR-1, GSTR-2, and GSTR-3; however, it excludes those categorized as composition dealers, non-resident taxable entities, Input Service Distributors (ISD), as well as those subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) in e-commerce activities. Taxpayers may adjust the details reported in GSTR-3B when filing their GSTR-1 or GSTR-2.
