It has been an overall wonderful experience. When I asked for a recording of the video when they were teaching me how to upload our catalog they made sure that I could save it for future reference, but also wanted me to know they would help me anytime. They are great!

This product is easy to use. The support team is so helpful and kind. They worked with us on issues, showing us how to solve them, and set us up for success in the future. They are fast in their response and are clear in replies.
