What is iRollCall?
iRollCall is a digital tool for managing attendance at various types of gatherings, including classes, training sessions, events, places of worship, clubs, volunteer opportunities, sports teams, and routine meetings. With an easy setup process, organizers can create a roll call and share a QR code or a six-character join code, allowing them to track attendance in real time. Participants enjoy the flexibility of checking in using their phones, tablets, or computers without having to download an app or sign up for an account. Organizers can take advantage of several features, such as printing large QR codes, changing attendance statuses, asking custom check-in questions, exporting attendance data in CSV format, and utilizing pre-saved rosters to track who is absent. The Pro version of iRollCall expands on these capabilities by offering unlimited roll calls and check-ins, options for recurring schedules, Kiosk Mode for self-check-in by attendees or staff approval, collaborative roles, direct exports to Google Sheets, comprehensive reporting options, the ability to print QR codes, and enhanced customer support. The Free plan, on the other hand, limits users to three roll calls every 30 days, with a maximum of 50 check-ins allowed per roll call. Moreover, first-time organizers trying the Free plan may also be eligible for a seven-day trial of the Pro version, which requires entering a credit card for activation. This makes iRollCall a versatile solution for those looking to streamline attendance management across various activities.
