I was a daily user of the iSmart applicant tracking system for 5+ years. My recruiting business was acquired last year, however, and I went to work for the acquirer. The acquirer I went to work for uses a different ATS application (it was adopted through another company acquisition).

I always liked iSmart - but I appreciate it even more now. During the time I was a user, I watched the features continuously expand and the UI became more and intuitive. Periodic updates were effortless, and there was always clearly-written, comprehensive documentation in perfect sync. I never even encountered a bug.

The real test was when new recruiters came onboard. They were able to use iSmart effectively within 1 or two days. The only thing that was better than the system was the support. Responsiveness and customer service was always #1.

I cannot think of anything I did not like. I've heard that iSmart has continued to evolve even in the short time I've been away from it.
