    Corrupt Software that must hack into your system

    Summary

    My computer kept having MASSIVE security issues....UNTIL I uninstalled this app. CROOKED SPYWARE! I strongly recommend NOT installing this UNLESS you want to be hacked and have ALL of your personal data stolen.

    The software does work. However, I suspect it is LOADED with spyware. My computer kept having massive issues with crashing, alerts from Bitdefender for no reason and general sluggish operation UNTIL I uninstalled this crap app. This MUST be some kind of "give you the software for free so I can steal ALL of your PERSONAL DATA" scam software.

    Convenient, but pricey and glitchy

    Summary

    iTop Screen Recorder is very convenient, but I have had issues with it. I realized after making a bunch of recordings that it was having issues recording the lower right of the screen. All my recording would have a small space in that area where the frames would often appear out of sync with the rest of the video. This is almost imperceptible on videos with little motion, but when recording gameplay footage it was very obvious. Also I think the price is a bit steep, when OBS can do what it does and more. I will not be using iTop Screen Recorder again.

    The UI is very well done. I never had to struggle to find the right setting for an expected feature. Straight forward and easy to use. I really love the overall setup of the product.

    Negative

    I paid for the pro, but when they went from 2.3 to 2.4, it said I could either stay at 2.3 or PAY for 2.4. I don't get why I should have to pay again. Bigger issue though is that the recordings have this glitchy issue in the bottom right corner where there is a small square of video that lags about a frame behind sometimes, and looks bad on recordings with lots of motion.
