    itopia Review

    Date: Aug 10 2023
    Summary

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Itopia has compelled me to share so that others might be spared the same ordeal. Upon engaging with Itopia, I was hopeful and expected a level of professionalism. Unfortunately, that hope was short-lived. Their once responsive nature turned evasive. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were never returned. It felt like a complete 180-degree turn from the image they initially presented. I lost $5000 and did not even respond to me.

Losing $5000 is no small matter, and the stress that comes with it, both financially and emotionally, is significant. Navigating this situation has been an absolute nightmare, and I deeply regret my decision to trust Itopia.

For anyone considering associating with this company, I strongly advise caution.

    Positive

Based on my experience I would say none. There isn't any pro at all because I lost $5000 because of them.

    Negative

    Unprofessional behavior after payment.
    Lack of response to communications.
    Failure to deliver on promises.
    Significant financial loss incurred.
    Misleading Representation.
    No Customer Support.
