PositiveThe user interface is good. From an admin perspective, it is very easy to use. HTML code can be added directly in the dialogue boxes to have responses generated in the desired way. It can be set up for potential clients and internal users to get information easily. Over time, this can be a major source of knowledge for all users of the system.
NegativeThe system requires a lot of training. Unlike the well known systems out there, the training data with KAMA DEI is limited, and many terms have to be added manually. This makes for a long set up time, and companies may need to dedicate multiple resources to this process.
