    Great for multi leg delivery networks and end to end visibility

    Summary

    Being in the medical supplies space, we have to work with many delivery partners and track deliveries through multiple legs. We couldn't find any other vendor in the marketplace that could support line haul, middle mile and last mile all the way from planning, visibility and execution. Using their solution we were able to digitize our transportation operations.

    Negative

    - If you have delivery partners that use antiquated systems, you may need to work with nuVizz team to get them integrated. It's not a negative as such as the nuVizz team is very easy to work with.

    Excellent!!
    Overall great product to really hone in on routing and improve the logistic side of our department.

    Positive

    Ease of use, both the app and dashboard, makes it easier to train new people on using it, drivers and dispatch.
    It has really helped us improve on efficiency of routes and overall execution of our deliveries.

    Negative

    Integration with our DMS sometimes has issues.

    No contracts!!! Great for optimization and proof of delivery

    Summary

    nuVizz is the best kept secret in the delivery management software world. I like the fact that they do not enforce any contracts and allow a 90 day cancellation. They are confident of the fact that their software provides value for them to not try to bind customers into multi year contracts. We have been using it for years. Their software is easy to use for route building and my drivers like it for executing deliveries.

    - Because they serve a wide variety of businesses sometime I find there are lot of options that I don't want to use. It's not a bad thing. Its what comes with having a software that is widely used across many verticals
