We explored the option of converting our small company meetup into a virtual iteration. After having a look at various other platforms, we reached out to Sarcon. We were surprised with the level of detail and expertise they explained how modular their platform is. So we'd say we gained a lot of knowledge and insight from working with them.

By far the best benefit we realized was the fact that we can pick exactly what features we really needed for our event and not only save cost but not have to deal with wasted/unused features. For us, we personally didn't need the photo booth and social wall, so it was easy to communicate this to the Sarcon team. On previous platforms, features we didn't want were often bundled together which resulted in a higher cost.

Very refreshing experience using this platform, so we can't think of anything negative right now.

For medium-large scale expos, we explored the opportunity with Sarcon of producing a full-fledged virtual expo at a reasonable cost ratio. If you like having maximum flexibility in the design and production of the virtual component of the event then this is the platform.

Has a ton of customizable features for expos, regardless of size. We particularly liked the fact that we can actually give the exhibitors their own statistics and analytics dashboard. This was missing from some of the other options we considered.
