- You can quickly download in excel all sales for any period of time for all the account
- You see in real time all the net profit, refunds and costs (like product costs or advertisement); you just need to upload costs of your products to the tool
- You can see reasons of the refunds
- It's useful for FBA and FBM; you see inventory and for how long product will last
- In general this tool makes everything easy and quick. In order to get the same data from Amazon, you would need to download different reports and often compare or checking by country; here you see it all
- Great tool "Money Back" for getting money for products Amazon lost on FBA
- Price - very affordable
- Great support - always ready to Help with everything
- PPC Tool for automation of campaigns - after some time and talking to support, they improved it and now it's really great

- Money Back tool could be a little bit simpler like in Helium10, but it is good anyway

I strongly recommend this product for amazon sellers to see their financial status in realtime.

It shows you realtime datas from your amazon account. You can set all your expenses on it and work very well. Easy to use.

It need small improvements like in reports I need to see year to date section.
And FBA calculator is not working. It can be cheaper.

Gives you dec-making confidence, ownership and control. Even if you're not a millionaire (yet!), one of the first investment I recommend!

I've used sellerboard for a year now.

First of all, if you run your biz without numbers, it's like being blind. But Amz gives me shitty data. I always had lots of sheets but SB eliminated them.

We had a debate internally whetever to continue a product or not? Finally I signed up to SB, and oh boy, well worth it! We continued the product, because it proved by numbers that it was profitable! Ever since we always use numbers to make decision. Numbers gave me confidence to override what my team said, even if they try to reason with authority like X years of experience" - how can you debate with NUMBERS. Now I make all my decisions based on numbers like how many units to reoder? With the dashboard I can quickly see any period at a glance. It's very useful when we have a debate and I need numbers to prove my point! Ever since we use SB is like having an extra teammate who is always up-to-date with the important numbers and never lazy to count anything to the penny.

Secondly, numbers give me real OWNERSHIP and contol. Ever since I use SB, I feel Amz is a "real", not just "playing".

IMHO all the "big tools" in this market are pricey and they don't have this simplicity that I use for decision making. So well worth the investment!

Maybe still too much information. It's a simple small biz, sellerboard knows everything which is great but also shows everything that's not so great, so have to deep dive into your settings to see a clear picture.

In general, I can say that I think this tool is very successful. Competing tools don't play a role for me at all, because I already get everything I need here. Thank you for this great application.

Sellerboard provides an excellent overview of all the different costs incurred on Amazon. i could no longer imagine everyday business life on Amazon without Sellerboard.

Sellerboard has no disadvantages for me as a user. The overview is great and I am a happy customer of this application, and have been for years.

I use to have multiple spreadsheets that tracked all of this data that was incredibly time consuming. I struggled finding a solution that could automate it all until l found SellerBoard, it makes it so much easier and l have confidence that the data is more accurate given it's coming directly from Amazon & Shopify through API integrations. The more l use it, the more l love it!

- Easy to get clear insight into how the business and individual ASIN's are performing.
- It allows you to incorporate off-Amazon expenses so you can get an accurate picture of profitability.
- It allows you to add multiple Amazon accounts and view them separately or all together, for any given time period.
- Can also add your Shopify store and review it's performance!
- Support has been really responsive
- They are constantly improving and adding new features to the software and take any feedback on board.

- In their managing inventory section, at present it only reports on stock levels at FBA, you can't add a 3PL but I've been told this is being worked on and should be available in the coming weeks.

Overall, this has been a godsend for my business. I manage multiple clients and this solves tons of pain points some of the bigger players simply don't.

1. The analytics provided here are much more detailed and customizable then competitors who are much more expensive

2. This tool is very agency/contractor friendly. I manage multiple accounts and this tool allows me to view all of them at a time. I can also share only specific accounts with other users which is a must have for a contractor or and agency.

3. Allows me to bucket products by tag or parent asin. This is the best way to evaluate marketing efforts.

4. The tool also aids with cashflow, P&Ls, and other accounting and business metrics that are crucial. To top it off it integrates into Quickbooks making your accountant's life a breeze.

5. The tool also has a ton of other features that make it possible to manage my business analytically without having to spend a bunch of hours in spreadsheets.

1. The only con I can honestly mention is that it doesn't have much in way product research or keyword research tools so it doesn't fully replace some of the more expensive tools.

Best PPC automation software, on time notifications regarding changes in FBA fee, stock alerts, true profit calculations.

I was struggling a lo with our high ACOS and lost substantial amount of money on amazon PPC. I tried multiple ways but did not work. Then, I searched on Google about PPC automation software and i accidentally chose sellerboard. I activated my one month free trial and used sellerboard PPC automation option. To my surprise, Our ACOS come under 30% on 5th day of using seller board.

So easy to slice and dice information that helps us make fast and good decisions from inventory to ad spend to sales trends!

Wish had Australia. Wish you could custom time frame on the combined regions reports -- but get that the currency and everything males this difficult.

I used them all, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Fetcher, etc. None of them compare to sellerboard. You just have to get used to the dashboard and then you will see how easy it is to manage your way through all of the neat ways to look at your account.

- All of the amazon aggregators use it
- Ability to manage and play with your PPC accounts
- Interactive chart that you can add and remove metrics to visually see performance

- The user interface and graphics are ugly
- The take a while to load (1 minute or so) but that is maybe because they take fresh data every time, not sure

Perfect AI and no hesitation to recommend as it worth every single penny you going to pay. A perfect choice.

That software is the best you can use.
I did try many other ai automation but useless in compare with sellerboard for following reasons:
1- you can use on different channel such as Amazon - eBay and Shopify
2- you can use to automate your ppc
3- you can to generate reviews as it has auto messaging tools
4- you can use as calculating your profit after inserting goods and shipping cost

Didn't notice many all are good things and I really find it very useful for above reasons.

Sellerboard makes it very easy to tell if your Amazon business is profitable. It’s extremely confusing to me to calculate the profit using seller central so this makes it very easy.

Maybe that it’s a little hard to read because of the spreadsheet size, but I’ve gotten use to it.

I would recommend if you need an accurate view of your Amazon business. Great product and great team to work with.

Among all the tools I've tried, sellerboard so far is the only profit/cost tracking software that can aggregate every aspects of costs for an accurate profit/loss view. Product cost, amazon inbound cost, returned product costs, sellable returns, reversed reimbursement etc.

I once ran into a number issue that the numbers do not match, their support are quick to response and their engineer team fixed the issue quickly.

I would prefer an option to amortize inbound transportation cost to number of units received and take into account when Amazon received units short.

The design doesn't really bother me. I prefer functionality over fanciness. Though the mobile app can be improved with more features.

Nice tool for Amazon sellers.
I found everything I needed and I said why I didn’t use it before.
Some features have to be improved and with friendly staff they will help you always.

It's super accurate and better than any other third party Amazon profit app, including Helium 10. Totally recommend.
