Overall I had enjoyed using the product and took maximum advantage of different features and Alerts from Seller-board.. Providing this Supportive and Monitoring product is a real benefit for sellers on Amazon.

*Easy to find bottom lines Profit Cost Margins, Profitability by product etc
*I got really very effective ALERTS and on time. At times upon taking actions on Alert I got refund from Amazon, substantially reducing my subscription cost of seller board. For acting on other Alerts either, I improved performance of my account or saved my account from adverse action from Amazon.
*In addition to features and options already available on board, upon my request//inquiries, Staff of sellerboard provided me schedules/summary/tables I needed.
* User friendly, inter active, easy to explore.
* Help/Support is excellent- I was never dis appointed by contacting Support.

* As it is said" There is always room for improvement" so in my opinion, may be I am wrong but certain features and options can be improved/added in the product such as Refund Analysis by reason of refund I:e Shipping address undeliverable, Customer return, etc Refund %, Product wise refund analysis etc. May be this feature available and I am not aware of.
* Small description/guidance on Graphics/ Chart/tabular presentation will be much helpful for Non-Financial sellers/traders.
* Display pattern/ Presentation may be improved
* Different Reports are available but you have to view / check them by month not for a required range of time period. Maybe I am not aware if this is already possible.

My overall experience so far is good, honestly speaking I stopped using sellerboard subscriptions for few months to check if I can do it manually but in the end sellerboard wins and I will be using it for sure a long time.

Amazon reports are hard to track manually by looking each and every cost and also there's a fair chance of accountancy mistakes, sellerboard fetches real time data from Amazon and shows me exact cost and profits to almost 95~98% accuracy, also I can view my monthly profits, so I'm a fan of it and would continue using it at a very fair price tag of just $15 unless another software fulfill my requirements on a lower cost than seller board so I'm really really appreciate it👍

Sometimes I feel little confused because in the transaction section some payments to sales fluctuate, a little more i.e. per unit payment of$9.56 sometimes $9.43 do seller adjust them as well in their dashboard report or they just do per unit sake estimates.

Great solution with great pricing for Amazon sellers - and not only amazon. I found their figures to be always extremely accurate and their support to clarify any doubt I had from time to time.

The main improvement to be done is to improve the UX to improve readability, but not a top priority.
Very good extra features like emails follow up. There are many that I don't use so definitely some unexploited potential there.

UX can be improved, making it a bit less similar to a Spreadsheet and a bit more graphically appealing (similar to Shopkeeper).

Great user experience with amazing features. This best suits the business needs while meeting the pricing need for a price sensitive market such as India.

I have explored several products for this function in the past and nothing meets the demands as much as this product did for me. This product is all packed and the ability to see the final profit / loss after all expenses for sales is extremely useful. I also started using the PPC automation module within this product and its quite useful. I am renewing the product for 3rd consecutive year and i cannot express how happy i am with the unit. :)

Brilliant, customer service is top notch and the service provided is also very efficient. I personally use this on a weekly basis to see an overview of my ROI and margins and honestly it has saved me a lot of stress and time!

The functionality is great and the price point is fantastic. As the software is constantly being developed, I've had to contact support the odd time with questions. They have been fantastic.

The software works really well, I can automate my eBay orders to be sent via FBA. Support have been very helpful.

There have not really been any cons. Some areas are still in development is the only thing I can think of.

I had challenges getting all my PPC video campaigns displayed in the beginning, showing the correct amounts matching SC, but after messaging a few times with the customer support everything got finally set up correctly.
Now I can use the tool like every other seller which makes me happy after all.
Fast communication with the support made it easy for me, thanks. It takes a little to set up all the "individual" costs but then it is a great indicator for every single product.

I use it as a tool to support my daily business and check quickly what is going on.

Took my a few times setting it up 3 times altogether, trial-phase and again in order to have it running correctly with the ppc costs sending screenshots to compare, but after all it is running now really exact.

We have been using the site for several months and with its help we get a clear picture of the business's income, expenses, profits, sales dynamics and much more. It is highly recommended.

The accuracy. Well, it's very educative too.

I am just starting out in FBA / Private Label, but have run other businesses (mostly online). I dove in, sources a couple products, set up the Amazon listings, started PPC campaigns and began getting sales. Great news. Time to order more stock. But then I started looking at the Amazon statements - all the fees, returns, unsellable products, etc. Combine that with the fact that I had cash out of pocket on the restocks but the inventory was on a boat still. I realized that I needed to figure out how to track all of this.

I have a degree in finance, my brother is an accountant, so we started talking through the right way to track things and I quickly realized it would get very messy to try to use Xero or QuickBooks alone.

I have just stated to setup sellerboard, but it basically fills the wishlist for the P&L and Inventory tracking needed for a FBA business. I also think that the email automations will be very useful, just haven't gotten into them yet.

Loaded all of my Amazon data very quickly, faster than other tools I tried.
Great reports, easy to read and customize.
Tracks inventory costs per order vs me just entering one average.

Have not found any yet. I am still setting things up, but it has been very easy so far.

The truth is there are a lot of fancy apps on the market. but my priority is trust, I've been using sellerboard for a long time and I didn't come across any surprises. An application that fulfills its promises and gradually improves itself. This is more than enough for me.

SellerBoard is exactly what I've been looking for. Prior to finding sellerboard I was scattered trying to keep track of all of my amazon hidden expenses, cost of goods, inventory count, P&L, returns, & much more.

Sellerboard also offers templates and instructions on how to capture lost funds from amazons negligence...... WOW!

The interface and UI is so smooth and customizable. You can change any data point/metric to identify the KPI's you've been searching for.

One thing - I used to sell books, and purchased all of my inventory at a cost of $2 per unit. It would have been nice to have an option to input a bulk cost of good to all existing ASINS... I had to manually go to each asin and enter my $2 COG for each one.... very time consuming. Would have been nice to have a bulk select feature for multiple asins to input COG... just my 2 cents.

Sellerboard is user friendly software! This software gives an easy way for Amazon Sellers to analyze profit and cost effectiveness on Amazon. It's a great profit/loss/inventory/ reimbursement tracker.

I'm still a new user, so far there is not an issue with the Dashboard and customer service!

Best app for Amazon sellers.
I have been working as seller in Amazon for the last 2 years already. I used 5 different tools during this time (the most common ones). This is by far the best I've tried. Here I can have all I need for my daily work in Amazon in a very easy and consistent way.
