Once employees are trained to get across in REALCODERZ, they rarely have problems with it. When they do, it is easy for Administrators to help them and clarify or show them how to fix their matters. There are also a lot of user guides to assist employees, as well as excellent support specialists to help the administrators with their questions.

There are many updates to the software and the way different things work, and it is sometimes difficult for smaller companies to keep up with the changes. The Updates are usually good ones, but they are challenging for smaller companies to utilize occasionally.

Realcoderz has a very robust Android and iOS mobile app that offers access to the same functionality as the main web application. The mobile app can mark attendance, apply for expenses, view pay data, clock in/out, approve time cards, request time off, view profile information, and various other items.

No dislike, but the mobile app sometimes takes the wrong location information, but this is rare. The latest update changed the UI, and we are currently learning the updated version of Realcoderz.
