    Summary

    Very suspicious operation.
    Heard of many cases of unreasonable account closures without paying customers money back.
    Stay away.

    Positive

    When you don't need their Support, things tend to work. (Not always btw. There were technical difficulties too.)

    Negative

    When you need their Support, they will apparently misunderstand you on purpose, and try to not help you as much as possible.
    In the end, I couldn't get any help from them, even though they should be able to resolve my problem effortlessly.
    Stay far away from them. Their Support seems to be instructed to work minimally.
