    This is a vital piece of software/service for transloaders - creates original documentation, controls inventory and creates a running archive of our work product.

    Positive

    The scope of the system covers our work product from receiving a loaded railcar to finalizing truckloads to the final end receiver. The team behind the system are pro-active, energetic and quick to respond when you need them.

    The workflow and on-screen implementation of work steps is not yet idiot-proof - needs an industry-experienced user to make full use of the capabilities and features available.

    My overall experience is very positive. The support staff/customer service is great. They make me feel like I am their priority and always take their time to help. Every feature is useable, and it is not a complicated system to use. I am very happy with how the software performs in the field and back in the office.

    What I like best is the interface is very easy to navigate and use. All the data is necessary to the job and the support staff is very helpful. I can manage all inbound railcars and trucks, along with their inventory, then the outbound process. I cannot speak highly enough of the tools and how well the software was built to make it easy to navigate.

    No Cons - When I have issues, it is typically on my end. The support team is eager to help and guides me through the problem I encountered to teach me what I did wrong.
