    Summary

    This company offers the lowest delivery rates of any company, with all your emails going to spam and just a few to the recipient's inbox. They also mislead the users by offering a high delivery rate for a while so that the customer either does a yearly contract or continues monthly. After 3 months they change you to a dirty server with the lowest opening rates available. You pay for a dedicated server with a clean IP and you get a 15% opening rate. There is no dedicated server, this is just a scam.

    They ruined our online reputation by re-routing our email through IP with poor repuattion

    Bottom line, if you care about your online reputation, DO NOT USE this service. We finally had to cancel the service and get a refund. No one even cared to ask why we cancelled. In fact, they ruined our online reputation when they routed our email from IPs with very bad reputation while we are paying for a dedicated IP.

    The only thing this company has to offer is the staff on the chat are friendly and polite. However they do not have any power to do anything.

    Honestly, everything else is terrible. Line 2 support is awful. They leave tickets unanswered for weeks and months, and they may even ignore them. Their dedicated IP service is a total scam. You pay for a dedicated IP, and you maintain it in good shape and high reputation, and then suddenly they take it away and assign you a different IP with a very bad reputation. And their tracking gets your IP blacklisted all the time. They never give you an answer to why they are doing this. And when we demanded that you do not do this, they re-routed our email from a different IP with a terrible reputation—fooling us. They made us think we had our IP untouched, but our email was being routed from a different IP. Again, you never respond to the ticket when we ask why they do it.

    Another problem, this is not a real company. This service is run by a company called Delivery Tech Corp. Their address in San Diego does not have anything except the server. The phone number they list on the Better Business Bureau is fake. When we filed a complaint, the BBB came back and said they could not reach them.

    We were searching for a new, reputable SMTP service and tried the serviced for 1 month. We never could get the https ports to work and made numerous support requests with zero helpful information. When we tried to cancel and close our account after the evaluation (and under no obligation to continue), we had to request to close the account FOUR times. Each time, they would come back with a question instead of closing the account. Very unprofessional service and support.
