    It has always been a good investment and will continue to be. It works well and I haven't found any solutions that can replace it. The support is top notch, fast and they resolve problems effectively.

    Compared of similar CRM VTENext is cheaper and with higher level of customization. Even if it's simple to load data into it for sure you need to buy a development service because it's not a low code software.

    Positive

    Data Import is quite easy but at the beginning someone has to guide you. The SDK give you a possibility to customize your CRM and you have no constraints from this point of view. Technical support is very fast and efficient.

    Negative

    Relationship are allowed only for standard modules neither for light modules nor for customer ones. So, in the majority of cases you need a developer unless you just use the built-in modules.
