Webinar.net is a sophisticated tool that allows you to create stand-alone virtual events, webinars, or sessions as part of a bigger event with a lot of flexibility and creative freedom. Its most appealing feature is the ability to entirely personalize each event experience, with a unique brand, appearance, and feel.

The only little issue we've seen so far is that the presenter console link is sometimes blocked and needs to be authorized for some speakers who are obliged to present from work equipment. But this can be prevented, you just have to setup your event as early as possible to check for this possible scenarios.

People are tired of Zoom, so it was nice to offer a different space for a virtual event. It set the event apart. It was also really easy to use both on the admin end and participant end.

The simple, user-friendly interface is great. I also like that videos, slide decks, etc can be pre-loaded into the platform instead of having to screenshare. Pop-up link box is cool, polling is great. Overall, just easy to use. A great choice for people doing very simple webinars/virtual events. Also, customer service is fabulous.

There are some good features in Webinar.net that I still believe could be improved. More customizable landing pages could be one of these features as currently the platform only gives you a few options when designing these.

Will continue to use the platform and enjoy the service. Also excited if they will add new features.

Not sure about the pros since this is the first platform I used for online meetings. I've done zoom before but it was free, so only 8 participants can join plus I only got 40 mins to do online events. Talking about webinar.net, their sales rep is really generous as he allows me to extend my trial license as I didn't have enough time before. It was easy to use and didn't need to download any App. Any browser will do.Working on both Mac and Windows so I have no complaint at all.

A bit pricy and expensive for a startup license but money well spent.

I think that the ease of registering for our users made it the core argument for going with Webinar.net. What's more, I don't need to be a manager (host) to be in charge of a webinar. It provides many functionalities concerning adding additional people speaking during a webinar.

It's not a super important aspect, but it'd be great to have more than one host/manager instead of contributors. Then, it would not be necessary for the host to be always present when a contributor has a webinar.

Overall, the platform experience was great. I would definitely suggest using this platform to my colleagues.

The best part of webinar.net platform is the ease of providing a link to has presenters to click on and come into the back end of the platform and get ready to present. Other webinar platforms one has utilized in the past have such complex back-end management that it takes multiple people just to manage a webinar. Webinar.net is a user-friendly platform that makes managing webinars a breeze. Additionally, webinar.net implements almost seamlessly with ones online registration platforms. One also likes that webinar.net has a simple reporting link for each webinar that one can provide my clients easily. And lastly, the customer service is unmatched. When one has an issue, they are very swift to remedy it.

One current complaint about webinar.net is that it currently does not push full contact information over from my online registration platform. It pushes first, last, company, title. We also need address 1, address 2, city, state, zip, country. However, I was able to get my developer to write some code and an API that can now handle this and we now receive full contact information.
