ContainerMath is a cutting-edge 3D load-planning solution designed to convert disordered cargo lists into streamlined, well-balanced, and export-ready packing strategies suitable for various shipping methods, such as cartons, crates, shipping containers, trailers, and rail wagons. Users can effortlessly enter their dispatch and packing lists or upload Excel files, allowing the AI-powered manifest import to meticulously handle quantities, dimensions, and weights, standardizing units while systematically arranging the cargo for optimal load planning. The Carton Fit feature determines the maximum number of products that can fit within a shipping carton or crate, calculating the necessary boxes and considering optional weight limits. Furthermore, the Freight component adeptly organizes diverse cargo into highly effective 3D load plans, factoring in actual geometry, orientation, stacking rules, and pipe nesting as needed. To enhance usability, interactive 3D visualizations alongside detailed 2D cross-sections provide loading teams with a precise sequence for placement, while assessments of center-of-gravity, payload capacity, weight distribution, and axle balance are essential for guaranteeing safe and stable shipments. Additionally, the platform's sophisticated features not only boost overall shipping efficiency but also play a significant role in reducing logistical issues encountered during transit, ensuring a smoother shipping experience.

What is AutoO2?

A comprehensive study of one million trucks passing through weigh-in-motion scales revealed that an astonishing 92% were operating below their maximum capacity. AutoO2 plays a crucial role in evaluating shipping needs, converting them into optimized and cost-efficient truckloads that harness nearly every bit of available capacity. These optimized loads are not only compliant with legal standards but also ensure that items arrive undamaged and fully utilized. By employing slip-sheets or bundles, manufacturers can design loads that take up more floor positions compared to conventional palletized methods. For example, loading multiple stacks measuring 1.02 meters by 1.2 meters with the longer side facing the trailer would result in a 16-meter trailer accommodating just 15 rows, wasting 0.7 meters at the end. In contrast, using stacks of 1.0 by 1.2 meters allows for 16 rows to fit perfectly, eliminating any waste. However, the diverse range of product sizes presents a significant challenge, making it difficult to achieve optimal loading configurations. This variability necessitates ongoing adjustments and refinements in load planning to enhance overall efficiency. Ultimately, addressing these challenges is essential for maximizing both capacity and shipping effectiveness across various industries.
