Charging operators, installers who look after stations for their own customers, and fleet teams buy ELVO to get the core of an enterprise charging platform without the enterprise project around it. The Standard plan is published openly: EUR 3.99 per station each month once a 30-day free trial ends, plus 3% and EUR 0.20 on paid public sessions only. Nothing is charged to set the account up, no minimum term is signed, and every outlet counts the same whether the station is AC or DC. An account is opened, a charger is paired, and the site goes public from inside the product, so there is no onboarding project and no sales call before the first session. Inside the product a buyer gets real-time visibility and remote control over every charger, structures for several sites and several client companies at once, dynamic load management, access by RFID or virtual card, invoicing and card payments through Stripe, reports on how much energy went out and what it earned, and a driver app for iOS and Android. Nine languages are available across the web platform and the app. Freedom on hardware is a large part of the value: ELVO is compatible with 700+ charger models and speaks OCPP to anything else, so a buyer never has to keep buying from one charger manufacturer. On assurance, ELVO carries an OCPP Full and Security certification that anyone can look up on the Open Charge Alliance website, secures station traffic with TLS over wss, and is ISO 27001 certified. Where a white-label brand, programmatic access, custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, or a bespoke service level is needed, ELVO Enterprise covers it.
