Tasks can be shifted from one plan to another simply by selecting the intended destination plan, enhancing workflow fluidity. Users also have the option to archive Planner tasks directly into a SharePoint List, which allows them to view archived plans and tasks in a read-only format. The Power BI reporting pack further enriches the experience by enabling the development of dynamic dashboards for Microsoft Planner, continually refreshing data to keep the dashboards up-to-date. Additionally, users can schedule regular backups of their plans and tasks as Excel files, storing them in either OneDrive or a local directory. This Excel file can subsequently be used to recreate Plans and Tasks via the Planner Manager.
